New York – As Ice Cube and his league of basketball superstars gear up for the BIG3’s inaugural season, FOX Sports has put together a star-studded roster of its own.

Fresh off the 2017 BIG EAST Championship on FOX and FS1, play-by-play announcer Gus Johnson returns to the court alongside analyst Jim Jackson as BIG3’s lead broadcast team. Johnson, an eminent figure throughout the industry, pairs his infectious enthusiasm with Jackson’s extensive NBA experience and unparalleled knowledge of the game.

Rashad McCants knew exactly what he was getting into when he signed on to play in the BIG3, the new professional 3-on-3 basketball league that begins play June 25.

“It’s a resurrection for me as a player and as a person,” McCants told Uproxx.com’s DIME Magazine. “It is something that I am just extremely grateful and excited for. I want to wake everybody up and help them remember who I was as a player.”

McCants was a national champion at the University of North Carolina in 2005, and the 14th overall pick in the NBA draft that year, taken by the Minnesota Timberwolves. He showed flashes of his scoring prowess, like in 2007 when he averaged 14.9 points and was 41 percent from three-point range.

This week, ESPN announced it has signed NBA Countdown analyst Chauncey Billups and Killer 3s Player Captain to a new, multi-year deal. Billups, the former NBA Finals MVP, will continue as a core member of ESPN’s and ABC’s NBA Countdown pregame and halftime team attached to all regular NBA telecasts, including for the NBA Finals, the Conference Finals, the NBA Playoffs and throughout the regular-season.

You’ve got to have a pretty high level of self-confidence to play professional basketball. You don’t get to the highest level of any sport without believing in yourself. But it might be safe to say that no professional athlete – in any sport – is as supremely self-confident as Stephen Jackson.

So it’s no surprise that the co-captain of the Killer 3s expects to take the inaugural season of the BIG3 league by storm.

When the launch of the BIG3 was announced in January, there was a promise that “gameday” would be something truly special – an event where fans could be closer than ever to the superstars of the game. That will be the case for all fans attending BIG3 games at any of the 10 locations this summer, but it can be taken to the next level with one of three exclusive VIP Experiences that are being offered.
